What does it cost to work with JULO?

JULO OPS pricing is built to fit your organization and set together after a discovery call. CEO Mindset™ Phase One is $1,600 virtual or $2,400 in person. After a 20-minute discovery call, you get a real number based on what you actually need, not a guess.

How is JULO different from a coach or consultant?

A coach talks you through it, and a consultant hands you a report. JULO gets in and builds it with you: the processes, the systems, the team structure. Then we make sure it runs without you holding it all together.

Who is behind JULO, and what experience do you have?

JULO is led by Juliann Nichols, a serial entrepreneur who started her first business at 16 and has run JULO since 2007. Most fractional COOs come from corporate jobs. Juliann comes from building businesses.

Do you work with businesses like mine?

Most likely. JULO has deep experience with nonprofits, medical practices, health and wellness organizations, and founder-led businesses, and works with owners across industries. If the business depends on you for everything, you are in the right place.

How long until I see results?

Most clients feel a difference in the first few weeks, once the biggest problem has a plan and an owner. Lasting change in systems, team, and revenue takes longer. We build it to last.

How much of my time will this take?

Less than you spend now putting out fires. We need you for decisions and direction. JULO handles the heavy lifting on processes, systems, and structure.

Do you work remotely or in person?

Both. JULO works hybrid: virtual, in person, or a mix, depending on what your organization needs.

What happens on a discovery call?

Twenty minutes, no pitch. You tell Juliann what is going on, she asks good questions, and you leave knowing whether JULO is the right fit and what your next step looks like.

Can you help me hire or build my team?

Yes. JULO helps you decide which role to hire first, define it, and build a hiring and onboarding process, so you are not hiring friends, family, or fools.

Do you do payroll, bookkeeping, or accounting?

That is not JULO’s core service. We help you build the systems around it and find the right people or tools to handle it well, so the numbers stop being a mystery.
