CEO Mindset Phase 1 is an eight-week, live virtual experience for small business owners who are tired of reacting all day and want a clearer way to decide what actually deserves their time. It helps you stop carrying everything in your head, figure out which work and clients are actually worth your energy, and run your business without feeling like it’s running you.

You’ll work in a small group with guided conversations and practical tools you can use immediately—no theory, no pressure to have it all figured out. Just a smarter way to lead your time, your decisions, and your business without burning out.
